The New Argument offers a seamless marriage of news, analysis and colorful commentary. Founded at The George Washington University in February of 2008, TNA is a daily online news site that presents a new way of looking at political discourse, through the eyes of college students, one absent of the mindless fodder of news pundits.

Politics: This is the section pertaining to political developments in the current administration and around the country.

Congress: Come to this section of the site for updated congressional and senatorial profiles as well as bill tracking and other domestic issues.

Media: Regardless of its members intellect, the media will play a significant role in determining our next president. How terrible. Here, we’ll post both the media’s occasional smart analysis and often ridiculous commentary, as well as stories related to media law.

The Fray: Is for all those stories which are in the fray, but we can’t help talking about.

TNA’s Soap Box: Is our themed-opinion section, currently comprised of three blogs: Washington to Florida (pertaining to the 2010 election), The Jungle (muckraking), and The Spin Cycle (on the current administration, media and political communications).
